NORTH INTERACTIVE TAKES THE SWEAT OUT OF FILE NOTES
The latest enhancement to North Interactive is an innovative AI feature that transcribes client review meetings and creates structured, editable file notes.
And this feature is not just like any AI tool. It's been specifically built for adviser file notes and the needs of North users.

As always, the security of your and your clients' information is critical. North does not retain nor have access to the data associated with the file note creation at any stage of the process.

IMPROVEMENTS TO NORTH INTERACTIVE, ACTIVITY MANAGEMENT + MORE 

The latest of our continual improvements span across four of your most valued features.

North Interactive: you can now view your clients’ nominated beneficiaries and reversionaries as well as insurance policies under the new ‘Account details’ section.
Activity management: respond to our requests for extra information directly via North using our new ‘Upload Document’ feature in Activity management. This saves you from sending us emails, making it faster, more secure and easier to track.
ROA template: once a switch has been submitted, a copy of the ROA will be automatically stored against the switch activity for you to easily access and download from Switch activity details > Documents section. Plus minor formatting changes to asset allocation tables in the ROA offer improved editability.
Recontributions: we’ve simplified the submission process with application form upload now only necessary when advice fees have been applied.

CONSOLIDATE REPORTING ACROSS CLIENTS WITH NORTH INTERACTIVE 

North Interactive now enables consolidated reporting across multiple client accounts. So whether you have an upcoming review with a couple, or a client involved in multiple entities (like a trust or SMSF) you’ll be able to customise a compelling presentation for them with ease.

CLIENTS CAN NOW SHARE ACCOUNT INFORMATION SECURELY THROUGH NORTH 

Some clients need to view the information of more than one account. They might have their own personal accounts and ownership of other accounts like a company, trust or SMSF, that requires them to use different logins, or want to share account information with a trusted person, like a spouse, partner, or another family member. Clients can now opt to share visibility of accounts. Once provided they’ll only need one login to see information for their own accounts and other accounts they’ve been given permission to view.
