We're improving data access for support staff to better assist you and your clients.

What's new?

Support Staff will now be able to see a dropdown list showing available advisers who have provided delegated access to financial planning downloads. No more hunting around for the right files or waiting for advisers to send them!

Support Staff with delegated access will have the same permissions as advisers using other financial planning platforms listed in North Online. Their access now includes requesting and managing data feeds on behalf of Advisers. This frees up the time for your Support Staff to assist you with other more complex tasks and resolve issues faster.

With improved data access, Support Staff can:

  • Generate reports and financial plans more efficiently
  • Assist you with data-related tasks
  • Resolve client inquiries faster.

This improvement makes it easier for Support Staff to work with you and your clients.

What about Support Staff with no delegated access?

  • They will see a blank dropdown list when they navigate to Reporting - Financial planning downloads in North Online.
  • A message will be displayed indicating they currently do not have any delegation from their adviser.
  • They will not have any access to the data feeds functionalities in North Online.

We are confident that these changes will lead to a more streamlined and efficient experience for everyone.
