North is committed to providing you with the tools and information you need to effectively manage your clients' investments. We're adding enhancements to transparency around estimated trade completions times when managed funds are involved.

What’s changing?

A new notification banner will appear within the activity status screen during times when managed funds are exhibiting high variability in trade completion times.

This message will flag situations where the variability could potentially impact the accuracy of the Expected Completion Date (ECD), allowing you to be proactive and inform clients about potential slowdowns.

Streamlined Rebalancing with Switch "Reweight Portfolio (%)" mode

We're also making improvements to the "Reweight portfolio (%)" method within North's switch investment functionality. These changes are designed to make it easier and more efficient for you to manage your clients' investments.

What’s changing?

Switches with Pending Transactions: When performing a Reweight, new hover text shows "Available" balance and "minimum proposed %" for any investments with a pending sale. Helping you to enter appropriate target % for these investments.
