About the manager
AZ Sestante is a specialist investment consultant focused on designing and managing a range of multi-manager model portfolios via SMAs, MDAs, and fund of funds. Founded in 2016, AZ Sestante is a subsidiary of Azimut, Italy's largest asset manager listed on the Italian stock exchange. The group manages AU$187 billion in assets globally including over AU$2.3 billion in multi-manager solutions in Australia (as at 31 December 2024).
AZ Sestante's investment philosophy
AZ Sestante believes that asset allocation is the key driver of portfolio returns. Their dynamic asset allocation blends active and passive approaches to meet investment objectives of a portfolio within its risk budget. They implement investment decisions cost-effectively, predominantly through ETFs and managed funds.
