Data security continues to be an important focus across the financial services industry. North’s financial planning data feeds, include sensitive client information. Together with Xplan, we are improving security by introducing an annual data feed ‘token’ process.
You'll simply need to log in to North Online once a year to generate a new token and enter it into against your existing Adviser Registration. This ensures continued access while keeping your client information safe.
Stay informed with clear visibility - Your Xplan token and expiry date are conveniently displayed within North Online for easy reference. The expiry date will also be conveniently displayed against your Adviser Registration within Xplan itself.
Automatic Reminders - Xplan will also prompt you about tokens that are going to expire, commencing one month prior to expiry.
Action required: Generate your new token by 22 August 2024
To maintain uninterrupted access to your North data feed, generate a new token in NOL and enter it into Xplan by 22 August 2024.

Clients can now share account information securely through North
